Blog Or Newsletter?
Many professionals have asked me if they should stop publishing a newsletter and just concentrate on publishing a blog.
The answer is no. Your newsletter is the best way for you to reach your potential customers and turn them into customers.
One of the first things that everyone does when they get online each day is check their e-mail. Therefore e-mail is still the best way to reach your target market.
A blog is great to market your business, but use it in addition to your newsletter, not instead of your newsletter. Use your blog to get people on your list AND use your blog to promote your products and services.
But you should still use your newsletter to contact people on a regular basis, build relationships with them and convert them into paying clients.
